Flow to your breath with strength and rhythm.

An empowering, music-driven approach to yoga asana.

Athletic vinyasa and power yoga classes for students of all experience levels. Expect creative, challenging flows that get you out of your head and into your body through breath, movement, and music. Feel empowered and motivated as you build strength and stable mobility, with a deeper connection between body and mind.

Develop your practice in a low-pressure environment that prioritizes having fun and safe, intelligent sequencing over nailing the "perfect" peak pose. Show up exactly as you are — all you need is a mat! Students of all backgrounds, experience levels, and identities are welcome.

Music what inspires me most, especially when it comes to movement — so expect 🔥🔥 playlists with my favorite hip hop, R&B, Afropop, and house music. You'll hear lots of artists you know, and you'll probably find some new music, too!

On-Demand Videos

For the first five months of COVID-era lockdowns, I hosted live, full-length, donation-based virtual yoga classes from my (very green) living room. I recorded them all and uploaded them to YouTube for you to enjoy on your own time, in your own home!

These are donation-based classes. If you take a class and are able to donate, I would sincerely appreciate it 💖 Instructions to donate are in each video description.

About Patricia Johnson

I always thought yoga was boring. Too slow, not a good workout, and intimidating — not for me!

But yoga was there for me when I was going through a tough time, mentally and physically. My body was chronically tight and injured from an aggressive weight lifting & running routine and I lacked self-confidence, so I reluctantly showed up at the yoga studio knowing I needed to find some kind of balance.

It didn’t happen instantly, but once I learned how to flow with my breath I was hooked. I discovered that yoga could be equally fun and challenging. It helped me to access and understand parts of myself and helped to rebuild my relationship with my body. It introduced me to a welcoming and supportive yoga community. And as a teacher, yoga helped me find my voice.

I completed by 200hr yoga teacher training at South Boston Yoga with David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund in 2016. I taught weekly classes at South Boston Yoga, YogaWorks Back Bay, YogaWorks Cambridge, and Boston Yoga Union.

Fellow teachers who continue to inspire my own teaching include Izzy VanHall, Erica Bornstein, Goldie Graham, Todd Skoglund, Tim Kelleher, and Shuli Burke.
